How It Works - RipCast is "Try and Buy" software. Anyone can download RipCast, try it as a demo for free, and later choose to purchase - which unlocks all demo limitations. When you sign up for the EST affiliate program you will receive a special copy of RipCast. Your job will be to get other people to install your special copy of RipCast. This exclusive affiliate program automatically hard-codes RipCast with your Affiliate ID, assigned to you when you enroll in the program. Each user who installed your copy of RipCast will have their computer tagged with your Affiliate ID. When this user purchases RipCast, you will be credited a percentage of the sale. Even if the user uninstall's RipCast, then a month later reinstalls RipCast and purchases, you will still be credited for the sale. This unique technology GUARANTEES that you will be recorded as the affiliate - and therefore receive commission - for any sales generated from your downloads. As an EST Affiliate your possibilities are endless for distributing RipCast all over the internet and potentially profiting from each download.

Hosting the Download Files - You will need to host the file you obtain from eSellerate for download on your server with your website. This download file contains your Affiliate ID encoded into the installation archive and will get you credit for each sale. You place the file on your server for download and then watch your download stats and adjust your promotional efforts to achieve the highest numbers of downloads.

Special arrangements can be made for affiliates who for some reason cannot host their own files. If you are willing to accept a slightly lower commission on your sales, we will host your downloads for you.

Commission Rate - Our commision rate is at 35% of each sale. Example - Get RipCast to 100 people that register and you make $628.25.

No hassle for you - You don't need to handle credit cards, support users, answer questions, anything. We provide full customer service to all the people who purchase RipCast, handle all payments through eSellerate. All you have to do is get the program to people who will purchase it.

Unique Tracking Feature - Do not confuse this program with other so-called shareware affiliate programs which rely on simple cookie tracking to get you credit for the sales you generate. There are just too many ways for cookies to get disabled, deleted and lost. This exclusive new technology is much BETTER!

Online Reporting - Affiliate sales are tracked by our partner in e-commerce, eSellerate.net, and once you sign up, you will receive full instructions how you can log on to their reports section as often as you like and check to see how your promotional efforts are repaying you. All payments are automatically handled by eSellerate as well, so you can check your monthly earnings against the online reporting to audit your account.

eSellerate also offers affiliates the option to promote RipCast for direct sale, instead of using the trial/shareware model. Some affiliates may find this produces more sales for their demographics and avoids the issue of needing to host the shareware downloads themselves. However, most affiliates will probably want to allow the customer to try RipCast themselves first before ordering. This unique capability is a major advantage of our new affiliate program.
